Glenlakes Unit 1 ARC Submittal
Our Covenants & Restrictions require that an owner must obtain the prior written approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for ANY exterior alteration or addition to property within our HOA. To comply, please send an email ,with the information below, and forward a detailed drawing or blueprint of the proposed alteration to the review committee. If you have any questions regarding the process please reference the ARC links below. Please allow 1 week for ARC approval for non-construction projects, 2 weeks for home additions or new home projects.
